Refund Request
When Requesting a refund kindly mention the order number so that we can initiate a refund.
Items that have not been downloaded.
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.
We think 3 month is a reasonable period for refund request for not downloading the item. You can visit My account to download your item.
Be aware that paypal and stripe don’t return the fee that incurred, so refund amount will also reflect that.
Item not working as described.
If Item is not working as described then kindly contact us with in 1 month describing exact issue that you are facing.
If we were unable to resolve the problem then you will be refunded and your Api key will get deactivated.

You bought an item by mistake
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
You can only ask for refund if you got banned with in one week of using the macro. Beyond that period if you got banned its not because of the program but because of you being obvious in your gameplays. ( Till now only a single person reported a ban since 4 years )
